Warranty Claim Form
All Holms & Moresby appliances come with a 3 year warranty. If, within this period, the appliance ceases to function due to a design or manufacturing defect, please return it to the place of purchase along with a valid proof of purchase. This is necessary to process a refund or replacement.
The warranty does not cover faults resulting from the following actions: improper use, damage, abuse, use with incorrect voltage, acts of nature, events beyond the control of Holms & Moresby, repairs or alterations made by unauthorized individuals, or failure to follow usage instructions. Additionally, normal wear and tear, including but not limited to minor discoloration and scratches, is not covered.
