Delivery Overview
Holms & Moresby offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. Your delivery carrier will be advised by email when your product is dispatched. Deliveries will be between 8am - 8pm. Excluding Bank Holidays. Please be aware that factors beyond our control (such as adverse weather) may delay your order.

Unfortunately you won’t be able to change your delivery address after your order has been placed.
You can track your delivery via our tracking service or through the courier's online tracking system. Please check the Track my order page to find out more details.
We'll always do our best to make sure your delivery arrives on time. Sometimes delays can happen which we can't control. Don't worry, we'll let you know if we hear of any possible delays.
The courier will:
Leave a delivery card and send you a text to let you know the delivery was missed.
Usually try to deliver again the following day. Or you can follow the instructions on the delivery card to rearrange another delivery date at no extra charge.
Possibly deliver to your neighbours. In this case please see the delivery card left for you.
Next-day delivery is available on all orders if ordered before 1pm for an additional fee. However, some Scottish & Northern Ireland postcodes are exempt from next-day postage
